Tuna Noodle Casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 oz Whole Wheat Noodles
    2 10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Cup Sour Creem
    1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Colby Cheese 2%
    Garlic Salt and Red Pepper Flakes to taste

Directions

Prepare Noodles to package direction. Combine all ingredients hold 1/2 cup cheese.
Stir till combined.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes top with chesse return to oven for another 30 min.
Makes 8 1 cup servings

    You add the tuna with everything else. Cook Noodles and then mix all other incredients together. Yes the tuna is included in the nutritional value
