Fried Veggies

Submitted by: TUBJUMPER

Introduction

My family are huge vegetable eaters so we came up with some sort of stir fried veggies. We use it as a main dish. It is good with rice on the side. We always make alot thats why there are so many servings. My family are huge vegetable eaters so we came up with some sort of stir fried veggies. We use it as a main dish. Ingredients

Cabbage, onions, broccoli, green peppers. Carrots and red and yellow peppers if they are on hand. 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper, ginger (powder), garlic.

Directions

Makes 14 1-cup servings.

I cook it in 2 batches with a lid so it kind of steams its self. I use a wok to cook it. Heat oil, add veggies, soy and seasonings. Cover and stir occasionaly.
