Ingredients

If you would like an easier way to make the crust you may use sugar cookie dough that comes in a roll and spread that around the pan for a delicious easy to make crust.
This is also a fun recipe to make with the kids. I've found they enjoy arranging the fruit in creative ways and it's a fun way to get them to eat it too!
Directions
Crust
1/3 C almonds, 1 1/4 C flour, 1/4 C butter, 1 egg yolk.
Whirl the 1/3 C almonds in blender or food processor until well ground. Combine ground almonds, flour and sugar. Cut in butter fine. Work into flour with your hands until dough is consistency of coarse sand. Add egg yolk and work through until evenly distributed. Spread on 12"-13" Pizza pan. Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until brown. Cool. Spread with filling.
Filling
8 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp sour cream, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 2 Tbsp sugar
Beat together until smooth and spread on cooled crust. Chill
Topping
Arrange fresh fruit as desired - grapes, berries, nectarines, kiwi, pineapple, apricots, mandarin oranges etc.
Glaze
Heat marmalade or apricot preserve with a little water or orange juice and brush over fruit.
Chill and serve.
