Stir-fried Vegetable Mix

Ingredients

    1 T sesame oil
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 carrots, julienned
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1/2 C mushrooms, sliced
    2 T oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger

Directions

Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, ginger for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Add oyster sauce and water. Add ground black pepper to taste. Heat through. Serve
