Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Hot Chili Peppers, .25 cup, chopped or diced
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Garlic,1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Coconut Cream Savoy brand 1/2 cup or 125 ml, 0.5 cup
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Molasses, 1 tbsp

Directions

Put salt into mortar. Add chilies and mash well.
Add onion, garlic and ginger and grind to a fine paste or a chunky paste as desired. Heat oil to hot and stir fry paste until the aroma comes up well. Add coconut cream, lime juice, fish sauce, molasses Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce until thickened. Serve over whole shallow fried fish.
We also use this as a marinade and grill the fish or chicken
