2 TBSP cornstarch
2 TBSP Splenda
2 TBPS cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 cups 1% milk
4 oz chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.Whisking constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
3.Boil, whisking, for 2 minutes, or until mixture becomes thick.
4.Remove from heat, and whisk in chocolate pieces and vanilla.
5.Transfer pudding to a bowl and cool in the refrigerator with a sheet of plastic wrap pressed to the surface to prevent a skin from forming.
