Buttermilk blueberry pancakes

Ingredients

    1 cup lowfat buttermilk
    1.25 cups blueberries
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 egg whites beaten until fluffy
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp evaporated cane juice or sugar

Directions

mix everything together adding the blueberries at the end

Heat pan to med, spray with cooking spray and cook!
