erika's deviled eggs

Ingredients

    2 lg white grade A eggs
    1T Hellmans light mayo
    3 t spicy brown mustard

Directions

boil eggs for about 10-15 minutes
peel eggs, cut them in half, and then scoop the yolk into a bowl and set aside each white half.
in the bowl with the yolks, add the mayo and mustard and salt and pepper to taste. mix with a spoon or fork.
once well combined, fill each egg half.
