3/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
2 tbsp sugar (I used raw cane sugar)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup almond butter mixed with 2 tbsp sugar (raw)
2 pkg. reduced fat cream cheese
1 pkg. fat free cream cheese
1 cup low fat sour cream
3/4 cup sugar (raw)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup nesquik (or chocolate sundae sauce)

Chocolate sundae sauce
Combine graham crumbs, sugar and butter and press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Place pan on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Microwave almond butter and sugar until very soft and spread over the crumb crust.
Combine remaining ingredients, except for the nesquik, in a bowl and mix at low speed until well blended. Reserve 1 cup of mixture and pour the rest over the crust. Combine the 1/4 cup nesquik with the 1 cup of filling. Carefully pour over filling and cut through with a knife to marble.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until centre is almost set.
Remove from oven. Allow to cool for one hour. Run a butter knife around the outside edge to loosen. refridgerate for 24 hours.
Serve with chocolate sauce and chopped walnuts on top if desired.
Serve with chocolate sauce and broken reese peanut butter cups on top.
