Ingredients

4 medium green bell peppers, 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1.5 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 large jar spaghetti sauce (about 32 oz)

Directions

mix ingredients with beef, put in slow cooker, cover with spaghetti sauce, cook on low 6-7 hrs
