Crockpot Turkey Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
12 cabbage leaves
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 egg
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 skim milk
1/4 cup chopped or minced onion
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper
Directions
Boil cabbage leaves 2 minutes; drain & cool to the touch. Combine 1 cup cooked rice, egg, milk, onion, ground turkey, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf, and roll up, tucking in ends. Place rolls in slow cooker.
Mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage rolls.
Cover, and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours.
Depending on how saucy you like your cabbage rolls, you can add more tomato sauce.
