Crock Pot Chicken Dinner
Yes - I use 3 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken, and 1 can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soups.
Note - no, I don't add water, and if you use frozen veggies the soup sticks to the sides less. Also, if you don't want it to stick to the pot, you can exchange the broccoli cheese soup for another cream of soup, the cheese is the agent that sticks to the pot.Submitted by: RPFHG904

Crock Pot White Chicken Chili
Hint: To bring the sodium content down, which isn't reflected in the nutritional info here, I drain and rinse all of the beans. Using 4 cans of beans, at 440 mg. of sodium per serving (3.5 servings per can), I would assume that the sodium content in this recipe is considerably less after draining and rinsing the beans.Submitted by: DAHNEESER

Creamy Crock Pot Chicken & Broccoli
I used to make a similar recipe that I found in a Campbell's Soup Cookbook for my Mom and sisters as a teenager. Since I love having a crock pot I thought I would throw everything in and see how it turned out! It's stewing away and is making the house smell delicious right now!Submitted by: GORGEOUS26

This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. I didn't have bouillon, so I used cream of chicken soup. And i added a topping of low sodium stuffing. It is AWESOME!!!Submitted by: PUNKIN77
