Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta
*Note! This recipe assumes the chicken is already grilled. It's perfect if you have leftovers, or you can grill while you cook the pasta. Just don't forget the chicken on the grill! This is a yummy recipe from Tasty Kitchen. It isn't super low-fat, or low calorie, but it is very filling and very tasty. Also, I have trouble getting enough protein in my diet, and this does the trick. I'm sure you could replace the cream and half-and-half with lower-fat milk stuffs, but it wouldn't be as tasty!
