Fall - best season of the year (in my humble opinion). And best flavor? Pumpkin ! I love pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin cheesecakes...all so smooth, creamy and perfectly spiced. But I also love smoothies. So why not make a pumpkin spice one?

There are a few variations you can go with in this recipe. If you have some sugar-free vanilla syrup handy then don't add the extract and sweetener but instead add enough syrup to taste. If you want, throw in a tablespoon of full-fat cream cheese. Like added protein? Then a scoop of vanilla whey works great in this recipe too. Want to make it even grander?
