Initially, this recipe may seem like allot of steps but it’s really easy and worth any trouble. I make little 3” sandwich, using a good quality dinner roll or a larger sandwich roll for a meal. Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Tri tip
Great base meal served over brown rice. Next day add some salsa, cumin, avocado and have amazing fajitas. Or add cream of mushroom, or Roux, and make stew/pot roast.
