GF SF Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
I got the idea for this recipe from Elana Amsterdam's book, The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. I replaced the agave with xylitol to reduce the carb and sugar load, and reduced overall sweetness a bit.
