Ham Salad Appetizers
This is a great way to use the odd pieces of ham from a spiral sliced holiday ham.
A local sandwich shop had a ham spread that we loved. To save money, we came up with our own recipe for the ham spread. In order to make this more figure friendly, we use celery instead of making sandwiches. Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers
1. place wonton wrappers into mini-muffin tins, and toast until a little crispy, remove from oven
2. brown sausage, diced onions, peppers, garlic, and scallions until cooked
3. remove from heat, add cream cheese and cheddar, mix well
4. drop spoonfuls into toasted wonton wrappers and cook for 15 minutes at 350

Mini stuffed pepper appetizers
You would never guess that fat free cream cheese is used here, because the flavor of the Italian turkey covers it up! These are a wonderful party food for very low calories (check out the calorie count of a full fat recipe!) and I've even served them as a side dish!
