BBQ Mango Chicken
I got the idea for this recipe from the Hungry Girl 200 reciepes for under 200 cal cookbook, just substituting chicken for tilapia. It was soooo good and takes care of the BBQ and sweet cravings in one shot. My kids even loved it. Hey, it got a picky three year old to eat...Submitted by: DANWERNECKE

Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
I got this from the Fix It and Forget It Lightly cookbook. It calls for any diet soda. I actually used Diet Dr. Pepper. I used Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce. Finally, I'm not an onion person, so I skipped them--and used minced onion instead. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! The only hard part is eating JUST ONE SERVING!Submitted by: PEACHJAM6288

Carol's Slow Cooker BBQ Beef (crockpot, barbeque, slowcooker, crock pot)
The meat does not need to be seared in skillet first to make this fall-apart tender, pulled BBQ beef for sandwiches. This recipe has so much flavor no one will notice the Worcestshire sauce & the salt were deleted to reduce sodium (you may also use low-sodium catsup and BBQ to reduce sodium further). Using molasses instead of brown sugar and Worcestshire gives a depth of flavor and authenticity, while reducing sugar & sodium. It is great to take to picnics, buffets, or tailgating. Freezes well. Baked BBQ'd Beef Back Ribs
These are one of our favorites when we get the hankering for some good home barbecued food. We used to use Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce but have found a new, much easier on the diet grilling sauce put out by Sweet Baby Ray.
The ribs themselves yield about 1/3 to 1/4 of their weight as edible meat. So of the 2 packs of ribs where the combined weight is 260 oz. we figure the overall yield is roughly 65 oz. The rest is bone, fat and cartiledge.
These ribs are absolutely one of our favorite meals.
They're served best with a baked potato (make mine a yam), a tossed salad, a side of vegetable (I like steamed asparagus).
Prep is minimal when you already have your grilling sauce on hand.Submitted by: FYRCOP

Home Made Low Sodium BBQ Sauce
I have been trying to find a low sodium bbq sauce but have been unsuccessful finding any in the local stores, so I decided to create my own. This recipe is my own take on a recipe from recipezarr.com - you could use splenda brown sugar and whatever spices you like (will alter nutritional information). I will continue to play with this recipe, it was very good (sweet with a little tang) and has a lot of potential to be even better.Submitted by: GIRL*IN*MOTION
