Belgian Waffles
This recipe makes about 6 waffles, but one half of one is more than filling. The best Belgian waffle recipe I've found...not necessarily the lowest in fat, unfortunately.Submitted by: WAZAROO

Hodgson Mill -Belgian
Whole grain waffles made from a baking mix.
I love this baking mix. It's like Jiffy or Bisquick only healthier. The nutritional information is calculated based on 4 large Belgian style waffles. You can use the same recipe for pancakes.Submitted by: JSTKEEPSWIMMING

Belgian Pancakes
Hello everyone,
This is a detailed guide on making real Belgian pancakes. In Belgium we make these a lot at many occasions such as childrens birthday parties, family gatherings, carnivale afternoon treats and on the 2nd of November on All Souls' Day but hardly ever for breakfast.
We also have a slightly different taste in toppings, ranging from jams over white granulated sugar, medium brow sugar, the very dark sugar, honey, fruits or even Nutella chocolate paste.
I often make these with soy milk and they taste also very good. So the recipe can be easily adapted for people that are lactose intolerant.
This batter will make about 10 pancakes. I eat about three and that's enough. The nutritional value provided here is for 1 pancake.

I used Masa flour because I had run out of white flour. These are crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Use a lower temp on the waffle maker. Submitted by: MISSJETSTAR
