1. Place 4 small chicken breasts in a ziplock with italian dressing to marinate for 30 minutes. Then, grill until they are about 1/2 done.

2. Place in baking dish side by side, and stop with tomato/basil mixture. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over 4 breasts.

3. Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

I was looking for something different to make with my chicken and found these ingredients in my pantry. They can be switched up for different flavors or to use what you have on hand. Also, fresh ingredients would work wonderfully with this, but I listed it as that is what I had on hand.

You can stretch this recipe by cutting the breasts in half or adding a couple more and using petite diced tomatoes instead of the regular size ones. They will cover more chicken.Submitted by: MLHORAN10
