Rumbamel's Cabbage and Turkey Sausage (used to be brats)
We used to make this all the time with brats and grill the onions in the drippings of the brats. Granted we would get lower fat brats, but they were still brats. This is very very tasty and filled me up with 4.5 servings of 1 cup each. Guys may want 3 servings of 1 1/2 cup each, but that changes the nutritional values to 328.4 calories, 12.5 fat, 29.8 carbs and 23.8 protein.Submitted by: RUMBAMEL

Cabbage with Vegies and Turkey Sausage
Brown sausage in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add onion and potatoes. Cook five minutes. Add cabbage, tomatoes, seasonings, and a cup of water. Cook until tender. Serve with a dollop of yogurt and/or a bit of parmesan cheese.Submitted by: MYMIATA
