| Low Fat Veggielicious Chili
This is a great hearty meat and bean chili. Excellent source of veggies and fiber and can be made in a slow cooker.
I add all kinds of veggies, depending on what I have available (corn, onions, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, etc.).
Any beans work. Pinto beans are excellent as well.
