Chocolate Protein Cake Bars (Jamie Eason Recipe)
A recipe by Jamie Eason for chocolate protein bars, found on BodyBuilding.com, with a few changes given what I had on hand.
These are super moist (if not overbaked) and chocolatey, great for a chocolate cake fix!
Changes: I used 1/2 cup applesauce & one mashed banana, instead of 8 oz. berry baby food, as the original recipe required. I also subbed 1/2 cup wheat pastry flour with 1/2 cup oat flour, rather than full cup oat flour, and used only 2 servings egg beaters egg whites, rather than 4 whites from eggs.Submitted by: FIT-WHIT

Chocolate Protein Bars - by Judy Feskun
Here are the instructions for the home made protein
bars. I have made some changes from the original due
to preferrences and different protein powder. They
originally called for designer protein powder but I
use Cytosport so you may have to play around with this
to suit yourself. Submitted by: CLAIREMBEAR

You can substitute chocolate chips for raisins. I use natural peanut butter.
****This is the recipe without Splenda and using Stevia instead. Will have to play with baking times.Submitted by: LCHALF7
