Ted's Vanilla COCO Wheats
Coco wheats are a regional item. You may not be able to find them everywhere. These servings are a little more that the amount on the box. And I have added vanilla. Also, I could not get around the extra sugar. This is a family favorite and is still a nutritious breakfastSubmitted by: TEDDYWAGGONER

Tropical Coco Nots Recipe
This yeast-raised doughnut recipe is heavily adapted from Heidi Swanson’s website, and flavoured with the divine tropical flavours of coconut and pineapple. Don't over bake these, if anything, under bake them a bit - they will continue baking outside the oven for a few minutes. You want an interior that is moist and tender - not dry. The dough can be made and baked a day ahead if necessary (store loosely covered at room temperature), but they need to be served within a few hours of being filled and glazed, otherwise they will go soggy.Submitted by: JO_JO_BA

Coco Lime Tower
This is an adaptation of a cake recipe that I’ve had for many years. The addition of the rice and pastry flours keep it light and fluffy along with the egg whites, and coconut milk, shredded coconut and coconut extract add a triple flavour punch to this amazing cake. The lime curd isn’t too sweet and nicely balances the tropical sensations nicely. Frosting though, I find, is overkill.Submitted by: JO_JO_BA

Coco-Almond Butter Balls
No bake peanut butter balls can be a fun snack, but they don’t fall under the “paleo approved” category. This recipe is my primal take on such a snack. They are a great source of fat with the addition of coconut butter and seeds, and they offer an antioxidant punch by adding cacao nibs (such as Navitas Naturals brand). Keep a batch in the fridge or freezer for easy to grab afternoon pick-me-ups, or as a tasty treat if you choose to add dark chocolate chips/bits.Submitted by: MEGANIVERSON

Coco-Coconut PB Treat
I love peanut butter, but most are made with sugar. PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, but it has sugar too. I found peanut flour, aka powdered peanut butter; it's lower in fat than the real deal, too! I mix up a quick batch of this for dessert sometimes. Submitted by: BFLYLADY5

Coco Loco Chicken Strips
If you like Coconut you will love these. My secret ingredient is marinating the chicken in Coco Lopez Creme of Coconut for 24 hours the night before and they came it wonderful. Best chicken I have ever made. The calorie count may be a little off as you are only marinating the strips and then tossing the marinate out. Is my first try at using the recipie calculator, my apologies if the totals are not quite accurate.Submitted by: BEACHLOVER68
