This is a very good topping for many many foods, Also as I add more recipies it will be an ingredient in many. You can subsitute parsley for cilantro, make this ahead, and use it for a few days for a very low calorie condiment for fish, burgers, chicken, tacos and fajitas! Enjoy!!!Submitted by: LANANC1
