This is a classic recipe and one of my favourite soups. Very low calorie and very tasty. Although there's similar recipes here on SP, I like to add some lemon juice for some acidity in what otherwise is a very sweet soup.

Coriander Yams
I couldn't find this in the ingredient list, but you need to spray the foil-lined tray and then the top of the yams with a small amount of olive oil spray (Pam, etc.). Also, please note, I used 1 cup cubed yams because that was what they had, so be conscious of this when looking at the nutritional info.

Bademiya's Justly Famous Chile-Coriander Chicken
This is from the book The Barbecue Bible, by Steven Raichlen. The recipe is absolutely amazing. I've figured nutritional info on the marinade only, figured for ten servings. I'll redo it eventually and figure it by weight to make it more accurate. Works okay with regular brown rice, but brown Basmati's slender grains offer an inviting combination of elegance and earthy chew. Now add some chunks of zuchinni, lots of your favorite fresh herbs, and the melowness of coriander and cumin, and you have a salad that's practically a meal.
