Creamy Ranch Sauce for Crock Pot Pork Chops
Cook boneless pork chops and this sauce together in the crock pot. This recipe makes enough sauce for 1.5 to 2.5 lbs of boneless pork chops. I always end up with sauce left over after the chops were eaten, so I calculated the nutrition for just the sauce--half cup servings, which is plenty. Both boneless and bone-in pork chops will work for this, but be sure to use chops that are on the thicker side – about an inch thick. You can skip browning the chops first, but they taste world's better if you do not skip that step.
