Sliced Cucumbers

Rumbamel's Creamy Sweet Cucumbers
I used to love the sweet and sour cucumbers I would get at the southern bbq's when I was a kid and I found a similar recipe in a magazine a while back so I modified it. This is great with a Morning Star Spicy Black Bean burger(not in the nutritional values).
