El Chico Pink Dressing

I absolutely adore this stuff and was thrilled when I found the recipe. It is called dressing, but we use it as a dip as well. This makes 6 .25 cup servings, so if you go by tablespoon it is actually quite healthy.Submitted by: RACHELMARLENA

Homemade El Vaquero #171

This is my home version of Menu item #171 at El Vaquero. They serve it on a flour tortilla, but I think it's great as is without the added calories and carbs or the tortilla. This recipe is very high in protien. Also, coule potentially divide it down to 6 servings.Submitted by: DIXIEHEARTLESS

El Pato Chicken

Start with a small can of el pato sauce and lemon juice in a large pan with a lid. put the chicken in and turn heat to high just until boil comes
Then turn heat to med low cover with lid and cook for 15-20 min until fully cooked.
