GF SF Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

I got the idea for this recipe from Elana Amsterdam's book, The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. I replaced the agave with xylitol to reduce the carb and sugar load, and reduced overall sweetness a bit. My 12yo son still says this is the best chocolate chip recipe I make, and it contains a lot more protein and fiber than "regular" chocolate chip cookies. Submitted by: SCRIPSI

GF Peanut Butter Sesame balls

I can't have gluten and my son has hypoglycaemia, so he needs a high protein diet, and can't have sweets. I'm thanful to have this favourite of his, so that when I crave a treat, I can also eat cookies. Without much work, and without feeling guilty!

This makes a rather heavy bread. A little less liquid and a 400 F oven, for 15-20 minutes, might make it lighter.
Add any flavoring you like: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp maple flavoring,. Or cut the sugar to 1/4 c and make a savory bread, adding 1-2 T of one or a mix of Italian seasonings or rosemary or sage.
