Pancakes : Gluten Free
Got this one from my 7th grade home economics teacher, Mrs. McCormick, in 1973. She used 2 T. of bacon fat, which I removed from the recipe years ago. She also used wheat flour, which I have replaced with oatmeal flour. Her recipe also used 1 cup of milk, which I use when I have, in place of the water.Submitted by: KARENSUEBURTON

Pancakes, Spice (gluten free)
An excellent gluten free pancake that's high in fiber and protein. Will keep in refrigerator for 5 days.
For regular pancakes that are not gluten-free, substitute all GF flours and tapioca starch with regular flour(s).

Gluten Free Protein Pancakes
I used a gluten-free flour or rice flour instead of almond and coconut and still got great results. Add liquids slowly as my first batch was too runny and had to add more gf flour.Submitted by: CDNTRIGIRL

Gluten Free Bisquick Pancakes w 2% Milk and Canola Oil
These come out light and make nice pancakes. They are totally rice flour and therefore are white. I feel they have little flavor however and are slightly more "eggy" than I like. Adding a bit of corn, oat or buckwheat flour may make them better (a bit more liquid would be required also). Or maybe just add vanilla, cinnamon, that kind of thing.Submitted by: PRAIRIEKATS
