Kal's Frittata
Leave out the ham to make it vegetarian.
Two egg whites = one large egg. If you want it strictly egg whites, use 16 egg whites.
I use Boarshead Black Forest Low Sodium Ham. I ask the Deli to cut it in a 1/4" slice. I cut that in half at home, then dice it up for this recipe. You can either make another frittata with the other half or use it in a salad.Submitted by: LAMBROSK
