Grandpa Koch's Porridge (Rivlet Stew)
This was usually a tasty treat to look forward to after a pot roast dinner. The left over roast and beef broth were used to flavor the stew. I had to improvise the recipe for times when I wanted the stew and couldn't make the roast. This is my comfort food. This is not a low calorie recipe for weight loss.
