| Lamb Shepperd's Pie
Adapted version
Mix the meat, 1 onion chopped, the carrot and the tomatoes. Put them in a casserole (or a pot that goes in the oven with lid). On top of that put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onion, a layer of potatoes. On top of this put the sauce made by heating up together the milk and margarine (butter). I also added flour to make the sauce a bit harder. Put the lid on the pot, put it in the oven , medium, and cook for about 1h with the lid on and 30 to 40 min without the lid.
I didn't add the spices but I used pepper and garlic powder.
