Very Low Fat Low Calorie Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These are DELICIOUS!!!! They are large, and the big raisins really deliver a sweet burst when you bite into them. You could also use all black raisins for a traditional oatmeal raisin cookie, but I had these raisins in the cabinet and decided to give it a try. The colors in the raisins make them more attractive. Also, you could probably reduce the Splenda by ½ only using ¼ cup because these cookies are very sweet! They are chewy and delicious! I modified some ingredients from regular recipes to reduce the fat and sugar and give this some actual nutritional value.
