Craisin Oatbran Muffins
This recipe was adapted from a blueberry oat bran muffin submitted by Dona1012, which was fabulous on its own. One of the comments on her recipe was that they are a bit sticky. To rectify this, I added 1/4 cup of WW Flour. While this increases the calories marginally, its just too hard to eat a sticky muffin while driving. :) This also ups the fiber a pinch. The flour can easily be omitted.
I love cinnamon with craisins, thus the amount. But adjust to your taste. You could also use pumpkin pie spice... YUM!Submitted by: BECCIVANNI

flaxseed oatbran apple spinach spicy muffins
These are really good and super good for you too! I can't stand eating a muffin if it's dry and tasteless and these are moist and spicy. They provide plenty of protein and fiber to keep you going. If the spinach and cayenne pepper freak you out replace the spinach with carrots or zucchini and leave out the pepper. I like the surprising little kick at the end of each biteSubmitted by: TKRANZ81
