Island Ponzu Stir-Fry with chicken and mango
This is made using a pre-made sauce called Island Ponzu from Two Sisters Gourmet. It was recently added to a line of product that I sell and we were challenged to come up with a recipe using one of the items from the line. This turned out to be one of the best meals I have made in a long time! I will definitely be making this often!

Ponzu Noodle Bowl
Summer veggies team up with a light, citrusy Ponzu sauce and a shot of peppery heat for a delicious, fat free lunch. Shirataki noodles are made from konjac flour - a high-fiber, low calorie substance that is great for the digestive system - but if you don't like them or can't find them cellophane or bean thread noodles work just as well.

Ponzu Sauce
I grew eating sushi, and this sauce to me is a must....! Best of all it is almost calorie free...toss it with japanese cabbage, shredded onions, edamame, and top with sesame seeds and crispy wontons for a delicious low calorie option!
