BBQ Beef (pressure cooker, low iodine)
I made this for my husband when he was on a low iodine diet. It was a big hit....will definitely make it again.I served this over rice (not included in nutritional info).
Cook time includes 15 minutes of active cooking to make the sauce and brown the meat + 55 minutes pressure cooker and 5 min pressure release. I think this would also come out well if made in a crock pot.Submitted by: J165GOAL
