Sugar Snap Peas with Radishes
The fresh flavor of delicate pea pods and crisp radishes comes to life with the simple addition of chopped dill and green onions. Delicious served either warm or cold, this spring side plate pairs beautifully with roast lamb, ham or fish.

Bean Salad with Radishes, Tomatoes, and Mint
Chickpeas, black-eyed peas, or any canned peas/beans can be used for this recipe. I used canned, well-rinsed, under cold water, to rid of as much salt as possible. Delish!Submitted by: LG0416

Braised radishes
I discovered this recipe the first time I bought radishes and discovered I didn't like them raw. When cooked, radishes take on a fantastic velvety texture and taste. You can use any type of radish for this. My favorite is the white icicle.
