Onion and pepper smothered round steak
This is an Emeril Lagasse recipe. I used ribeye steak and round steak the two times I made it. Husand and son LOVED it! It was a bit too spicy for myself. This was totally yummy. Next time I will make only 2 chicken breasts with only 1 slice of cheese and double the spinach, nuts, onions, and mushrooms using 2 TBS EVOO. If you can find it, use Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning without salt.
