Lazy Lasagna with Spaghetti Squash
I was trying to use a leftover half of a spaghetti squash and came up with this idea. You can use a whole spaghetti squash. Just pierce with a fork several times, and microwave for approx. 10 minutes. Cool, then cut in half and seed, and then shred the flesh with a fork. It will look like spaghetti.
