Borrowed Stuffed Yellow Squash
A borrowed, slightly modified recipe from another SparkPeople member.
I had some trouble doing this the way the recipe is written- I ended up peeling the squash and then chopping it into pieces. Instead of stuffing everything back into the shells I placed it in an oven-safe dish and then baked it.Submitted by: PRKYGTH
