Char's No Sugar/No Artificial Sweeteners Oatmeal
"I have been trying to eliminate sugar, instant foods, as well as artificial sweeteners from my diet (as much as possible) and came up with this recipe as a result. The only sugar in the recipe is from the banana. You can change the measurements, I keep mine lower so its lower in calories."
