A LSSR: TOTAL VITAMIN MUFFINS
I came up with these moist little muffins to meet my Vitamin B12 and E needs (as I have cut red meat and pork from my diet and have a need to supplement those). No more! Just pop two of these babies in the morning and ... done! They also are easier to swallow and a lot cheeper than vitamin pills. You could easily add your favorite dried fruit or nuts to the recipe to get variety of tastes. It's true what they say about necessity .. she IS the mother of advention! These freeze beautifully and can be thawed overnight .. or go straight from freezer to micro for a few seconds if you want them hot. Moms .. this is a great way to get those nutrients in the kids because they taste pretty good too. A real time saver in the morning these little babies have also saved me a ton of time in making up my mealplans ... if nothing else .. I love them for that! enjoySubmitted by: LADY-SHERRY

Vitamin & Protein Packed Vegan Breakfast Scramble
This scramble is a delicious and nutritious way to start the day. For us vegans, making sure we're getting enough vitamins and protein is an essential part of our daily food routines. With this recipe, many of those nutrients are served up in 20% - 30% RDI. The recipe can be modified, added to, etc. according to taste. Sometimes I like to add some potatoes and Quinoa to the mix. So be creative and enjoy!Submitted by: THEHOOLIGAN

Easy to make and very tasty soup. Serve with chunky, warm bread.
If it wasn't enough that this soup is delicious, chillis and spinach both have blood pressure reducing properties. Spinach is up in the top 5 of the healthiest veggies to eat and one of the few which are better for you when boiled (as are carrots) making them perfect soup veg! It is also reported that there are Anti-Inflammatory and Anti-Cancer Benefits from Spinach Phytonutrients.

Vitamin C Smoothie
A VitaMix blender is ideal for smoothies because it blends so well. I like retaining the peel for nutrients/fiber. Also, vegetarian. Substitute almond or rice milk for Kefir for vegan entry. I don't use soy because of a thyroid disorder. Drink within 15 mins. for most enzyme absorption. Submitted by: DOTSLADY
