Wonton Wrapper Pizza's
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl sprayed with nonstick spray, microwave pepper and onion for 1 1/2 minutes, or until slightly softened. Blot away excess moisture.
Lay wonton wrappers flat on the sheets, evenly spaced. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 4 minutes.
Carefully flip wonton wrappers. Leaving a 1/4-inch border, top wrappers with sauce, cheese, veggies, and chopped pepperoni.
Bake until edges have browned and cheese has melted, 2 - 4 minutes. Eat up!

Cucumber Wonton, Spinach and Chicken Soup
I had picked up Trader Joe's cucumber Wonton rolls cause they looked so yummy but then didn't really know what to do with them. This is what I had on hand and came up with. My husband and boys (6 and 8) loved it!!
