Grilled Mediteranean Ahi Tuna
Ahi Tuna (Yellowfin) Steaks Grilled with a Mediterranean Flair. Yellowfin Tuna or Ahi Tuna is usually served either Raw, as in sushi or Seared. or Grilled. When I first had this tuna grilled in spain with olive oil and salt I couldn't believe it was fish at all. This recipe is a bit of a cross between seared italian style and Spanish grilled. Spicy Asian Tuna Salad
They serve this at the Lifetime Fitness Cafe and it is AMAZING... I asked for the recipe and they printed it off for me. (I switched canned tuna for tuna steaks- I think it is less salty and fresher that way.)
The original recipe would yield 2Q so I divided everything down to yield 5 servings of 3 ounces each.
Once prepared - can be eaten as is, go on a salad, in a lettuce wrap or even on a sandwich. It is VERY spicy so beware.

Rosemary Seared Tuna
I was afraid of cooking fish for a long long time. I took a deep breath one night and jumped in feet first. It took a couple of attempts and a little tweaking, but this is one of my favorite ways to prepare Tuna Steak!
NOTE - make sure you use FRESH TUNASubmitted by: KNACKERED_KITTY

Raw Tuna Salad
Here's a favorite delicacy served in the Southern part of the Philippines. Each region, however, adds flavor through other ingredients native to the area, but the preparation remains the same. The ingredients listed here are the ones commonly used in most areas. In some parts of the country, they use the local coconut wine instead of vinegar. In other parts, about a 1/2 cup of coconut milk is added to remove the 'fishy' taste. Slices of cucumber or fresh tomatoes also go well with this dish. This recipe can also be used with FRESH Mackerel, Cod or any meaty fish. Served as an appetizer, it goes perfectly with beer or any drink of your choice. Some eat it as a main dish with rice. Grilled Tuna with Farro Salad
Rich in omega-3, tuna is a great addition to any diet. Grilled tuna is given a boost of flavor by a brief rest in an orange marinade but any longer than 30 minutes and you’ll start to overpower the tuna’s delicate flavor. Submitted by: SAMVICARS

Dan's 16-Bean Soup with Thai Fish (crockpot).
Goya's 16-bean soup is bland on its own, so I added 6.5 ounces of yellowfin tuna and a bag of Thai stir-fry vegetables. This is a crockpot recipe, so the cooking time seems long, but the recipe is extraordinarily easy.Submitted by: DAN_ODEA
