An Italian favorite gets a below the border twist. Chef Meg made just a few tweaks before giving this one her seal of approval! She adds the spices early in cooking to help boost flavor and added a full pound of turkey for a more filling meal.

Yummy - 5/5/13
Yum! This would make a great pizza or burrito too. I'll make a few subs for personal taste: minced jalapenos and/or green chiles (can used canned) instead of bells, coriander, chopped cilantro (remove pan from heat and add), and salsa fresca and yogurt for dipping. Parchment paper on pan or stone. - 5/5/13
I tried these tonight and they are delicious - 2/9/13
Keri414 ~ I've often wondered about that. I believe they are toxic, as well, but Rachael Ray and other cooks use them. I don't get it?
Looks good though so I will try it ~ using ground beef ~ might even make them all for myself, for fast lunches, and freeze them. :) - 12/13/12
Seriously? Non-stick pans are toxic. - 12/12/12
Can't wait to try this. My family doesn't care for turkey, so I'll be substituting with extra lean ground beef instead. - 10/26/12
this looks like a great Recipe that my daughter would enjoy helping me make..thanks - 9/26/12

tomatillas ARE NOT green tomatoes- - they are a member of the gooseberry family.... - 6/16/12
So many things I like about this video, the one that stands out to me first is how quick it can be to make a meal at home. Thanks for showing the details, all the tips, and for taking the fear out of cooking Chef Meg! - 4/18/12

I may have to try this but I must admit I haven't really cooked with Ground Turkey. I have only tried Cumin once and not sure I liked it. Could the Cumin be omitted? I also thought I would watch some of the cooking videos to learn how to cook better. - 6/22/11

Made these a couple of weeks ago and DH loved them. Thinking it's time to make them again. The hardest part was sealing them and that was actually fun. Served with a side salad and glass on non-fat milk to round out the meal. - 2/26/11
I really like how quick this is - 2/26/11
I really like the sound of this... can't wait to try it... I think I will use 1/2 turkey, 1/2 venison.... also low in fat. - 2/26/11
looks delicious and is relatively fast prep. which I like. Definitely will try it!! - 2/26/11
As this looks good and is pretty good for what you get. The fats are quite high for this. To add a little more of a tweak reduce the cheese, use fat free cheese or skip it all together. If you look the fats are about 14g that is just a bit too high, almost half that of what you should take for a day - 2/26/11
looks yummy! - 2/26/11
OMG! This is making me rethink my being a vegetarian ! Has anyone tried it with soy meal starters? - 2/26/11
