I made this yesterday and found it to be easy and very good. I plan to make it again but this time I will add some additional fresh spices to kick it up a bit.
I don't think I would do this one. I don't have white wine or pan that can go from the stove top to oven. Darn it!
This recipe looks good but not sure how the family will go for the Garlic and Onions. Is it Gerd friendly? I wasn't sure so not sure if I should try this one or not. I'm not much of a cook and have never cooked with White Wine either. Definately great cooking tips and a great video.

Sounds very tasty! (My Pampered Chef garlic press will really help with all those cloves of garlic. I tend to grate my fingers when trying to grate garlic. LOL!) I too will try the juice instead of wine.

What about bad breath? Does this much garlic end up lingering on the palate, and the breath?
Although I no longer eat chicken, I have eaten this and loved it, although if you are not used to a LOT of garlic, this might give you some stomach pain - well worth it!

Does any one eat Beef? I'm not a chicken eater and seems like all the food is fish or chicken. This sounds really great, except for chicken. I think I will see what beef is like with this instead of chicken.
Can you take out the chicken and cook down the sauce until it's a little thicker? I think that would taste good on top of the rice.
I love all the little tips, like rubbing the oregano between your hands to release flavor.
