This looks wonderful and I'd like to try it, BUT...I don't have all these fancy cooking utensils. So, what do I do? I also loved the idea of taking the green leaf items in an ice bath so they don't keep cooking. Thank you for all your marvelous ideas.

I luv this recipe, it sounds just perfect.

I love the pizza.
Not for me. I will stick to REAL Margherita Pizza and use part skim mozz cheese. I make my own crusts.
