These moist pancakes are lightly spiced for the palate of my young child. If you like a bit more pizzazz, you can increase the spices or add others. Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice both work nicely here.Submitted by AASLP___

Pumpkin bread with a bit of banana for moistness. This was invented when one can of pumpkin was too much for one batch, but not enough for a double. A couple of tired bananas solved my problem!Submitted by MOLLYOSB
This is moist and hearty hotcake loaded with pumpkin flavor brought out by traditional holiday spices.
You can freeze leftover pancakes in an an airtight freezer bag and reheat the next morning in the microwave (about 1 minute on high).
My children ask for this recipe instead of standard pancakes all the time. I love that they get a veggie in their breakfast, and that they don't want syrup with it!!!
